This year the tour started on 20 September in Arlington, VA, and ended on 26 September in Pittsburgh, PA. I was impressed with the experienced director, mechanic, and staff from Adventure Cycling Association who made the ride interesting and a lot of fun. I found your blog through Bike Bits and enjoyed your post on your C&O/GAP trip. I did the ACA tour before the trail was completed into Pittsburgh (we stopped at Boston), so your post brought back nice memories. It was also interesting to hear what’s changed about the tour since I took it.
